The villa comprises of two buildings - the main house and an annexe. It is located on a hillside overseeing the small number of houses that make up the village of Agios Ioannis Peristeron. The property that surrounds it has an area of approx. 2000 sq. metres and is cultivated with olive trees and a variety of other Mediterranean and subtropical trees, bushes and flowers. The main building is split between two levels, with the main entrance leading to the upper level. The house was built in the early 1970s and has the architectural style of traditional country houses of the Ionian Islands. A number of building elements that have been used were obtained from old houses in Corfu, thus providing an air of authenticity. The furniture consists of an array of items of varied origin. These include an Athenian dining room of the early 20th century, an old English chest of drawers, an antique Corfiot rocking chair, a traditional desk, a standing lamp said to be made of wood from HMS Victory, as well as a number of oils and water colour paintings of Corfu.
